Mr. Kawiorski initiated his career in the USA with Classic Properties in Columbia, South Carolina, where he ascended to the role of General Manager (GM). During his tenure, he oversaw the sale of over 400 properties, implemented modernization initiatives, expanded the team, orchestrated effective marketing operations, streamlined the mortgage creation process, and successfully represented the company in more than 40 court cases across multiple states on the eastern seaboard.

With a family background in real estate and restaurant franchises in Poland, Sebastian actively contributed to his parents’ ventures and established over 14 companies in the US and Europe. His entrepreneurial pursuits span diverse sectors, including manufacturing, real estate investments, new construction development, real estate agency networks, property management, import and export, restaurants, computer game development, IT, and e-sports.
